We are really proud of what we produced and want you to be 100% happy with your planner. We’ve complied this list of FAQs to help you with your purchase. If you can’t find the answer to your questions please email us at help@keopha.com.

I received a damaged or defective planner (missing some pages/damaged/etc.). What do I do?

We sincerely apologise and are grateful for your purchase it must have slipped through unintentionally. Please send us an email to help@keopha.com with “DAMAGED PLANNER #[your order number]” in the subject line and provide us with a brief explanation of your situation with pictures so we can sort it out for you stat.  We will cover shipping and postage costs for you.

I received the wrong colour planner. What should I do?

We sincerely apologise and are grateful for your purchase.  Send us an email to help@keopha.com with “WRONG COLOUR PLANNER #[your order number]” in the subject line and a photo of what you received and the e-mail associated with your order. We shall get this fixed up for you as soon as possible.  Please note we will only replace the order where we have despatched the incorrect colour, not in a case of you just changing your mind. Shipping and postage costs will be at our expense so please accept our apology.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of the order being placed unless we are unable to verify your address and payment details or if you are pre-ordering one of our planners.

Can I pick my planner up in person?

Unfortunately we do not allow, at this stage for anyone to pick up the planner locally due to safety and logistical reasons.

I’m not 100% satisfied with my planner.

We are really proud of what we produced and want you to be 100% happy with your planner.  If for some reason you aren’t completely satisfied please send us an email to help@keopha.com with “NOT SATISFIED #[your order number]” in the subject line and the e-mail associated with your order. We will not refund orders for simply changing your mind however are happy to offer a credit.

 

We will accept most returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Please ensure that you package your product appropriately when sending to us as we will not accept damaged items. Please note that shipping and postage costs will be at your own expense.
